Are They Following Me?

This is a picture I had taken in San Lorenzo, Ca. (SF bay area) 1 year ago right before I moved. Are these things ghosts? I have a few like this but never noticed anything on the photos when they were taken. I'm a new fan of Art's and since I've been checking out this site I've noticed that I have a lot of similar photos. Please help me figure out if these things are real or just something on my camera lens. Seems like everywhere I move there is something weird in the pictures when I, Or someone else takes some. Could they be following me?

This was taken at my Castro Valley home about 10 years ago during a "Super Bowl" I surely don't recall ever seeing THAT when I took this picture!

This was taken just a couple of weeks ago in my San Leandro home. Am I goin' nuts Or is that a lady bending over to pet my ferret? (I, know, I know) Funny thing is, He's NEVER still for a photo. He seems to be looking right at it. He was VERY still then!
