Medieval Ghost at Vikingsholm Castle
This photo was taken about 10 years ago at a castle on Lake Tahoe called Vikingsholm. Built during the depression, it was designed as an authentic medieval scandanavian castle and has since been turned into a state park.
The park was closed for the season and my brother in law took a picture of his wife (my sister - her face blocked for privacy). When the picture was developed this face was in the window. They said no one was there at the time and the park was closed. I have enlarged the window and can also see a circle with cross (a pre-Christian symbol) as well as another face (looks like a Viking?) which floats above. This was a wing off the main castle which was built into the bank and thus there were no windows on the other side.
The photo is truly bizarre and I have the original and can attest that it is untouched and authentic.
Sincerely,
